Forgot password denied
I want to reset my account by clicking the link "forget password". I have given my email id and a mail has ben generated but no URL is coming,it is saying that "your account can be reset by administrator only". I have found out somewhere that if link is not coming and this message is displayed then my "forget password" has been denied.Can anyone help me soving this issue????

    With regards to the behaviour you are seeing this would suggest that either the account is in a password reset state set by an admin password reset which prevents the user them self from initiating their own password reset or the ability to reset your password has not been configured to all self service. As such, I would recommend calling Okta support so we may identify the org this is applying to and perform a password reset on your behalf. Should this fail we can troubleshoot further to assist you.
