Overview
Atlassian Cloud import fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:

Cause
This error occurs because the API Token or Base URL used for creating the API connection is invalid.
Solution
- Navigate to Atlassian Cloud > Provisioning > Integration > click Edit.
- In the Base URL field, enter the SCIM Base URL generated in the Atlassian organization.
- In the API Token field, enter the API Key generated in the Atlassian organization.
- Click Test API Credentials, verify the successful connection, and click Save.
- Attempt the import again. It should complete the import successfully.
