Zendesk, Salesforce and Atlassian provisioning updates

Atlassian:

Okta is migrating to Atlassian's new REST API. After the migration, JIRA provisioning will use the new API. Okta support will contact some organizations that use JIRA provisioning directly to coordinate this migration.

 

Zendesk:

Okta is pleased to announce a powerful new Universal Directory integration with Zendesk. You can now create unique attributes in Zendesk and add them to Okta as Custom attributes.  The new integration includes schema discovery and can leverage rich user profiles.

 

Salesforce:

We are pleased to announce that admins can now specify different User Types to import from the Salesforce Customer Portal app. Now the Provisioning tab of the Salesforce Customer Portal app has checkboxes that let you select the user types you want to import, associated to your Customer Portal or Partner Portal, as shown below:
