How can I debug HTTPS traffic with Fiddler

I'd like to use Fiddler to debug a SAML auth flow from my client machine.  How can I decrypt HTTPS traffic from my client machine in Fiddler to facilitate troubleshooting?

The following steps can be used to decrypt HTTPS traffic on your browser client using Fiddler.

1) Launch Fiddler
2) From the Fiddler Menu, select TOOLS -> FIDDLER OPTIONS
3) Change to the HTTPS tab.
4) Enable the following settings:
     Capture HTTPS CONNECTs
     Decrypt HTTPS traffic
User-added image5) Click OK and accept the various cert dialog prompts.
6) You should now see future HTTPS requests decrypted in your Fiddler UI.
