We get an email every time Okta does an AD import.

I've unchecked every option under "Email Notifications" under the account settings.

Perhaps your email address is being used for another admin that gets notified? Email notifications for system & Okta notifications are set at an individual admin level.

I thought that I had already made the change for our ticketing system user, but it looked like I was wrong.
