How to extract report for users who have not registered mobile number? ( for using Self-service feature for AD password reset)

Hello,

As we are using Self service for AD password reset,it is critical for users to register their Mobile number on the OKTA portal. Without registration , they might not be able to reset AD password.

There are many users who rarely log-in to OKTA and may not be able to reset AD password whenever required. So we would like to extract report from OKTA portal who have not registered mobile number. As per update from support team , currently there is no feature available and the request should be posted on the community,

Is there any timeline or other alternative for such report? Please consider this as a feature request.
