Office 365 (all Apps) will not log me in directly. Doesn't bypass if authenticated already
This didnt use to be the case, but when I am accessing Office 365 sites through Okta, I am being prompted to log in. We do not have everyone in the software yet, so I can't turn on SAML or WS-FED, but SWA should work like it does for all of the other apps.
My workflow is this:
Log in to Okta
Click on Office 365
See Redirecting Screen from Okta
Credentials are populated, but enter is not hit.
This happens regardless of whether or not I am logged in to Office 365 already. I'm close to removing the icon from the screen because it has become a longer process, not shorter.
Hello Joe, With Office 365 the best method to reduce the login process id to enable federation. However in this case using SWA should work fine without having to hit the enter to complete the login screen. I do see you have a support case open and the support team should be able to help you find out why the plug in is not firing on the enter button. This is typically due to a browser setting. One thing that may help your support case move along is if you could let the support team know if you have tried this in several browsers ( IE and Chrome ) for instance and if you have had different results.
I've seen this in Chrome Mac, Chrome Windows and Safari Mac. I upgraded Safari to 5.6 from 5.5.2 (is there no automatic upgrade in Safari?) and it started to bypass login if already authenticated but did not pass me right in.
