Gateway Settings - Use Name NOT IP

Is it possible to use a name in the Gateway Settings instead of a name? We have ~170 retail locations using Meraki and several different broadband providers. The IP's change constantly and we would like to be able to use a name Meraki assigns in Okta. In this way the IP change by a broadband provider will not cause us to make a manual change in Okta. We also find we do not always have the old IP so this list has become quite stale. The time to clean it up is becoming excessive.

Right now we only support IP address in the Gateway settings in the Okta admin. If this is a feature that you would really like to have added, please submit this as a featue request with this link:

You will need to login with your Okta Admin account to access the support page with Idea submission page.
