Password Reset for HelpDesk Staff

We have issues where users for whatever reason are unable to execute a password reset through the use of the provided features on the login page.

Is there an option to grant extremly limited options/view of the admin console to HelpDesk staff so they can perform very simple tasks such as trigger a password reset for the user?  (or suggestions on handling this)

Hi Wayne,

Yes the 'User Admin' role is what you need. You will probably need to contact Okta Support to have this role enabled as I believe it's still on early access.
