User Password Expiration Causing Issues for Mobile Users
We have passwords set to expire every 90 days for our Okta Mastered Users. Most of these users have downloaded the Okta Mobile App. When the password expires, they are not being presented with an option to change their password. They don't even realize their password has expired. This in turn is creating a large call volume to our HelpDesk who then have to walk them through the Web Console to make the change (or contact an Okta admin to perform an admin password reset). Is anyone else experiencing these issues? If so, how do handle it for effeciency with the Okta Mobile app?
