I don't have CloudPassage Account ID so I can't replicate the error for now, but I think we need to edit the "mapping of attributes" in Okta Admin Portal> Directory> Profile Editor> CloudPassage> Mappings> then you need to toggle the User Profile Mapping to "Okta to CloudPassage".
