Update: Performed a retry on this user from the Task section of Okta. It appears the WebEx account was provisioned this time. Something caused it to error and generate this message the first time, but we have no idea as we made no changes.
Yes that is where we identified we had an issue.
We are were surpised to find out that our Active Directory passwords were being retrieved from AD and Passed down to WebEx.
We are wondering if this is really the case.
