How do I re-activate a de-provisioned device?

I'm testing Mobile and have de-provisioned a device from the Admin Consol.  I would like to now re-activate the device but do not seem to have the capability to do so.  I still see the reference to the de-provisioned device but all options are greyed out.

Doug,

As the device is de-provisioned the Okta profile/ policy and possibly mailbox/ contacts/ calendar (if you are pushing O365 or GA mail via ActiveSync) should have all gone from the users device?

The device is in a similar state to a deactivated user

Get them to authenticate to the Okta mobile native app again and they will be prompted to re-register and accept the policy again. This will then re-register their device and trigger any mailbox push again

Assuming they register on the same device it will show up as active again.

Regards

Ed
