'Password reset' Status of imported Google Apps user

Hi all,

So the situation is this, i have imported all my Google-Apps users into okta by Provisioning and have enabled the 'Sync Password' aswell.
After 99% of the users activated thier accounts, i have enabled SAML and everything is working fine.
The problem i have is with a few users who had not done the activation and now can't login to thier mailbox as it redirects them to the okta page to which they have no password.
I also can't reset the okta password as the account must be activated first.
What is the best practice in this case, to enable a special external IP and exclude it from the SAML? or am i getting it wrong alltogether?

A best practice in this case would be to fill out the secondary email field for these users with an email account they do have access to (such as a personal email address) and send the Activation email again. That way, these users can activate their accounts and get access to their corporate email.

I'm facing same problem and due to Infosec policy we can't allow personal email access or add as a secondary email address. All Google app imported users status is "Password reset" and they can't not login into their account.

Your help is much appriciated.
