How do I synchronize on demand User profiles in Okta with Service Now?

We have modified the value of an attribute for all users in AD and the update has synced successfully to Okta.  However we would like the value to synchronize over to Service Now.  How do I request this sync manually or on demand?

The attribute modified is Location attribute in Service Now.  It synchronize automatically when AD was modified initially for only the users with a Location object created in Service now.  Now I have created all the location objects and am trying to force a sync.

I also waited 12 hours for the sync to happen automatically but it didn't

You can always edit the profile mappings for servicenow using the profile editor and try to modify any mapping from Okta to Servicenow and hit save. It should ask for apply updates now and that should trigger an force update. But in reality when ever there is a change to Okta user profile it should flow through downstream app automatically if the mappings are defined properly. I will probably recommend you to work with support and check your mappings.

Worked, thanks.  I simply modified the mapping of an unused attribute and clicked "Apply Now".

We constantly have issues with fields not flowing from OKTA to ServiceNow such as department and manager.  I've had multiple conversations and meetings with OKTA and ServiceNow about this, but neither party could find a solution.  We are now switching over to LDAP since Helsinki version of ServiceNow allows this.
