Feature Request - Make phone/secondary email required field for account recovery registration.
We are testing the account recovery and password reset feature in Okta. Noticed that the seconday email and phone fields are not required. If neither of these are on file, end user can’t use the forgot pwd or unlock account feature in Okta. Can we make these required fields?

You can make an attribute required in Okta by accessing Directory-> Profile Editor-> Okta - click on the Profile button, scroll down, search for the desired attributes and just check the Attribute required box.
