How do I add a URL parameter to my request when calling the AWS endpoint

Hello,

I am trying to extend the session duration for users connecting to AWS IAM using Okta. Until recently, this was essentially hard coded by AWS by timing out all sessions which used SAML to 60 minutes regardless of user activity. AWS just posted on their blog on how to extend the session time out by adding a new parameter to the request when making a call to the AWS endpoint.

http://blogs.aws.amazon.com/security/post/Tx3GL3IZE3FIGB6/Enable-Your-Federated-Users-to-Work-in-the-AWS-Management-Console-for-up-to-12-H

While the article mostly deals with federated endpoints, there is a section on using a custom broker for SAML connections (which I presume Okta would be).

Can someone look this over and tell me if it is possible to add this parameter when making the call?

Thanks
