Can you change the order of inputs on the new user Welcome page?

Is there currently any option for administrators to change the order in which the inputs on the welcome page are displayed? When a new user logs in and is prompted for recovery info (security question, secondary email, etc.), we'd like the order to reflect the importance of the methods requested. For example, we currently have the following order:

Secondary Email
Security Question
SMS mobile phone number

and would like to change it to:

Security Question
SMS mobile phone number 
Secondary Email

Since the security question is required and the next preffered recovery method is SMS.

It is currently not possible for administrators to change the order of the items displayed on the Welcome page. What we can do is generate a feature request to have that functionality added to Okta.

Create a Feature Request
  • Log into Okta
  • Go to the Admin Page
  • Scroll down to the bottom right and click 'Suggest a Feature'
  • Select 'I'm an Okta Administrator'
  • Enter your tenant name
  • You will be directed to the Community Page
  • Scroll down to the section Make a Feature Request
  • Click 'Go to Ideas'
  • click the green button 'Post Idea
