Docusign not deprovisioning + not send envelope not activating.

Docusign already set up with SAML and provisioning I but having issues

Auto deprovisioning is not available for this app. Please manually deprovision this account in the app:

Also "send envelope" is not passing that info to docusign.

Accounts are being created tho.

I understand you're getting the following task:
Auto deprovisioning is not available for this app. Please manually deprovision this account in the app

This task will show up anytime you unassign a user from an app that is not configured with deactivating users as part of provisioning.  Okta does not have visibility into a service provider without provisioning enabled.  So when a user is unassigned an app, a task will be created informed you to be sure to also deactivate the account from the service provider side, as Okta will not be performing this action.  You can select these tasks and "Mark Selected Complete" in Okta to remove the messages.

You noted the app was unassigned two months ago.  If the option for Deactivating users in DocuSign was not configured at that time, that would explain why you still have a deprovisioning task.

Currently, if you have the Deactivation option enabled, you would not expect to get any tasks for this.  I'd recommend confirming the behavior with the current configuration, by assignign the app to a test user and removing it.  Then check to make sure the account was created and deactivated on the DocuSign side.
