Single Sign On Password Reset

Hi,

We are support team for io oil & gas . Last friday we refresh our sandbox.But our login profile is under SSO.As a result we cannot login further in our sandbox with past password.Our sandbox login url is-- "https://cs88.salesforce.com/?un=sf.support%40iooilandgas.com.conf"
username-- sf.support@iooilandgas.com.conf

Can you help us to reset our password.

Hello Suman,
Your question is not very clear but I can offer the following. If SSO is enabled and you need to login without SSO go to YOURCOMPANY.okta.com/login/default, to enter credentials manually. The login URL you have provided is a salesforce tennant and not an Okta tennant so you may need to contact salesforce for assistance as I did not see an admin account listed for your login you provided here at Okta. If you are not an Okta admin reach out to your Okta admin at io oil and gas for assistance. If further assistance is neded please call 1 (888) 722-7871.

We contacted with salesforce about this issue.They informed us to contact okta about this issue.

They informed us---
"Thank you for contacting Salesforce.com.

My name is Mayur from Salesforce Developer Support Team. I have taken ownership of your case# 15912742 in EMEA hours.

I would like to inform you that I have checked your org 00D9E000000D1gK and found that the user "sf.support@iooilandgas.com.conf" has "Is Single Sign-On Enabled" permission enabled on the profile "Support Sys Admin SSO" as Delegated Authentication is enabled for your org.

Since this permission is enabled on your profile you are not able to login through SF credentials and would not be able to reset your SF password.

You need to login through your SSO credentials and if you want to reset the password for your SSO password you need to reach out to your IdP as Salesforce does not provide/store SSO password for any user.

Further, you can reach out to your System Administrator to disable "Is Single Sign-On Enabled" permission on the profile to allow you to login through SF credentials or reset SF password.

Please let me know if you have further concerns on this.

I will wait for your response and will get back to you tomorrow between 11:00 am - 01:00 pm GMT/UTC.

My work timings are from 08:00 am till 05:00 pm GMT/UTC - Monday to Friday".

We contacted with salesforce about this issue.They informed this one----

"Thanks for sharing the details.

I would like to inform you that if you want to reset your SSO password, you need to reach out to OKTA team as SSO credentials for the user would have been provided by OKTA.
If you want to reset Salesforce password to login through https://login.salesforce.com, you need to disable "Is Single Sign-On Enabled" permission on affected user profile "Support Sys Admin SSO" and then try to reset Salesforce password.
Further, for logging through SSO you need to enter SSO credentials at below IdP login URL as configured in your SSO settings:
https://iooilandgas.okta.com/app/salesforce/exk15o36rcW9uQM1T0x7/sso/saml
Please confirm above information from your end to proceed further on this".

How can I login or if you can reset password?
