Hi. My organization is planning to integrate Okta with ZenDesk through SAML however, it's not clear to us how to access ZenDesk API using Okta authentication (through SAML). However, it would be greatly appreciated if someone with experience using Zendesk API through SAML authentication can share some insights. Or any links / articles that can point to the right direction will be a great help. Thanks!
Okta fully supports Zendesk application with SAML and Provisioning straight out of the OAN (Okta Application Network). All you have to do is add the application, fill in the required fields, follow the setup instructions and you are good to go.
