Group and group members not being removed in ServiceNow, if re-added they get duplicated.
This one has me scratching my head. So our client is provisioning groups along with their respective group members. For whatever reason, if the group (and it's members) are removed via the Okta org site and then added back to the SN app, the group members will get doubled then tripled, etc. Is there a coalescing aspect within Okta to help mitigate issues such as this? Or do we need to add a specific attribute from ad such as member or memberof in order to get the users to remove correctly. Also, is there any way within Okta to display a "group alias" name as opposed to the group name from AD? All/Any help is greatly appreciated.
