Error in Slack Provisioning: invalid padding for decryption

Hello Oktanians,

I am unable to provision accounts in Slack. We have SAML set up with provisioning enabled. We were buzzing along fine but in the last few weeks, new users have not been receiving the Slack icon in their Okta home page.

The Dashboard shows the following error:

An error occurred while assigning this app.
Automatic provisioning of user Jane Doe to app Slack failed: Error while verifying if user jdoe@mydomain.com exists: Invalid padding for decryption

The errors go back 2 months. Any ideas?

Oh and I changed the username and email address to protect the innocent.

Hello Rocky,

In this case i would recommend you to re-validate your API credentials.Make sure not to have any active sessions in for the API account you're using and that should resolve the problem.

We got this too. Find this screen and just re-authenticate.User-added image
