Error in Slack Provisioning: invalid padding for decryption
I am unable to provision accounts in Slack. We have SAML set up with provisioning enabled. We were buzzing along fine but in the last few weeks, new users have not been receiving the Slack icon in their Okta home page.
The Dashboard shows the following error:
An error occurred while assigning this app. Automatic provisioning of user Jane Doe to app Slack failed: Error while verifying if user email@example.com exists: Invalid padding for decryption
The errors go back 2 months. Any ideas?
Oh and I changed the username and email address to protect the innocent.
