I just opened a developer account. I'm trying to create an application to use OIDC. The instructions for the App integration Wizard indicate that there should be an OpenID Connect app type choice, but I don't see it. This post (https://support.okta.com/help/answers?id=9062A000000bmDSQAY) suggests that I should be able to open a case to have it turned on, but when I try to open a case, I get a "No Access" message.
I just enabled OIDC on your org, can you verify this now works for you?
