What are best practices for comparing two Okta environments for differences?

We have a requirement to perform analysis on two okta-emea.com instances, one used as a non-prod sanbox environment, the other, production. Short of running through every single menu item in the admin console, are there recommendations on how to achieve this either in a simplified or even automated fashion?

As a related side note, does Okta posess any capabilities for staging changes from one environment to another (ie. migrate sandbox changes to the live production env)?

Since you are not specific on the information that you want to compare/migrate, the best idea is to open Case with Okta support so you can get better asssistance.
