How do I convert O365 user from "Synched with Active Directory" to "Cloud" status

This is needed in order to update the immutable ID to match the one in AD...there were some process issues whereby somehow someone created new AD objects for production users and now those new AD objects are synching with O365 but have different immutable ID's, and so they are not properly added as members to groups. Little complicated, but basically just need to put the user in Cloud status like I could with Dirsync.

Hi Jared,

The article linked below goes over using PowerShell to convert the AD ObjectGuid to the ImmutableId.
