Where are the security questions defined? Getting invalid question error thorugh API.

Try to enroll a question factor through the API and the response is that the question is invalid.  Not sure where to check in the admin portal where the questions are defined...

Hi Gabriel,
Yes, that's what I ended up using.  Why do I have to pass in a user ID to get back valid questions from the API?  I should be able to hit something like /factors/questions with a GET to get the list back....
