Default relay state not working for SAML initiated App

after succesful SAML authentication, not redirecting to url mentioned in default relay state.

Investingating this would require us to gather more details on the application you have configured, a SAML trace as well as a Fiddler (https://support.okta.com/help/Documentation/Knowledge_Article/Capturing-A-Fiddler-Trace-For-Okta-Customer-Support)trace to check the redirections made.
