User not syncing from Active Directory

I have a user who has changed positions within the company. I've updated her record in Active Directory (Job Title from the Organization tab and Office from the General tab in Active Directory), and then I perform an incremental import and the result tells me that one record has been updated. But when I view her record in Okta, it still has her old Job Title and Office. Every other user I've tried this with has updated correctly. How can I force this record to update? I have verified that this user only has a single record in Okta, so it's not that I'm updating the wrong record.

Try running a full import and see if the value has updated, if it did not then please open a support case in order to further troubleshoot the issue.
