whitelist okta smtp relay IP

A partner recently had to whitelist this okta owned IP address 167.89.110.192 in order for them to receive user activation emails. what other IPs would they need to whitelist?

Hi Alfredo,

The need for whitelisting is heavily weighted on how aggressive your filters are. We normally don't provide the IP addresses for the SMTP service used to send our email. This is mainly due to the fact that our email service is provided by a third party and the IP ranges are not published. I reached out to our Ops team and have been provided the following list. (Please note that these are subject to change as they are not under Okta's control)

mailrelay.okta.com
198.21.5.209
167.89.110.192
50.31.57.204
167.89.126.180

Depending on how you make allowances for these, I'll leave the decision to use the hostname or IPs up to you. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to submit a ticket to Okta Support.

Thank you,
