app is not showing on dashboard

App is assigned to user, but not showing on dashboard. Any ideas?

Hi, the only time I've seen this was If you are pushing a password, and the password  doesn't meet policy, or fails, the chiclet doesn't get assigned, but there is no clear error in the task menu. Is this possibly your problem?

This is not case. Our apps are based on security groups in AD, so if a user is member of a certain group, app shows up on dashboard. Thank you.

Had this issue with Office 365 app, after speaking to Okta support we determined that if you disable password sync, the apps showed up. Okta is looking into this
