We would need a few more details on this issue, like how many machines are affected, are you using GPO or the users have acces to install the plugin ? What is the plugin version and Chrome version? Is the issue visible on Mac or Windows machines?
I would reccomend you open a ticket with Okta Customer Support that includes all these details so we can have a better understanding on this and best provide technical assistance.
