Okta Verify app on iOS 10.3.2 keeps crashing (even after delete/re-download)
I use Okta Verify for auth at home for work systems. For the past several months Okta Verify has been crashing moments after launch. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, but nothing changed. What can I do to get it working again?
Thank you for your question. I see that you already tried by deleting the app and reinstall it, however please try also the following way: - Navigate to iOS->Settings->Okta Verify->Clear Accounts History.This will clear the current token and you will need to re-enroll the device.

I have the same problem on the two iPhones I have in my organization running iOS 10.3.3. I also tried clearing accounts history which did not resolve the issue. SInce these are iPhone 5 phones that cannot be updated beyond 10.3.3. I would like to hear a statement from Okta on whether they are aware of this issue and if they intend to support iOS 10.3
