Distribution Lists are not Syncing to Office 365

HI All,

We are using Okta for Office 365 to Sync users and SSO. I have tried to Push local Distribution Lists to Office 365. Push groups are shown as Active and there are no errors. But nothing has been sync to Office 365. Any suggestions?

Hello Chinthaka,

Distribution lists will be synced only if you are using Universal sync provisioning with Okta. If you do not have Universal Sync set, then DirSync is the one handling the sync of DL, not Okta.

Please feel free to open a case with Support and further troubleshoot the issue, if Universal Sync in enabled and still not getting the DL synced.
