Either reffering to Import or provisioning, unfortunately, mismatches can't be found automatically between two attributes of the same user. When running an Import, Incremental or Full, the only mismatches (or conflicts) that are going to be seen are those that are set by you (exact or partial match) and they only emerge between an already existing Okta user and an imported AD user.
