App assignment attempted for user XXXXXXXXXXX but user is in inactive status INACTIVE.
I am using Okta with Service Now. When importing users from AD I have nine users which won't import and are stuck in the "exact" match. One user doesn't occour in Service Now yet it says it has an exact match. Same goes for the other eight who are in the Service Now users. Regardless if I pick exact match or new user I will be met with the error message : App assignment attempted for user XXXXXXXXXXX but user is in inactive status INACTIVE. The users who are present in Service Now are not marked as inactive yet active. I have tried changing to inactive in Service Now yet no luck still.
