We have setup an integration between Okta and NetSuite, and there are a couple of fields in NetSuite that we would like to be able to populate from correlating values in Okta, specifically "Location" and "Employee Type".
It looks like neither of these fields are available for attribute mapping, and if I go to the NetSuite profile in Profile Editor and select "Add Attribute", I only have a handful of other pre-defined fields to choose from. There doesn't appear to be a way to define a new field.
What are my options for getting these fields defined? Is there a way to define other fields for NetSuite provisioning? Is that something that Okta would have to do for us? If so, is that something that Okta would do as a one-off for us, or would it need to be a feature request?
To be abe to add/map additional application attributes the application needs to be "Universal Directory" (UD) enabled. Unfortunately today Netsuite is not enabled so you can only map the standard attributes that have been enabled.
