When users change their domain passwords, Okta handles updating the Webex password for the web interface without issue. However, the Webex Productivity Tools app on the Mac does NOT reflect this password change. It works fine on Windows, it's just the Mac app that seems to have issues. Users can reset their passwords through Webex PT app, but how do we get that to sync with the overall okta workflow?
I noticed the WebEx on your tenant is a SWA app, which doesn't have sync password capabilities.
If this is not the case and you're using a different app that supports provisioning, please open a case and our team will assist you. You can also try getting in touch with Webex, as it may be a client side issue on Macs, since on Windows it works fine.
