Deprovisioning email - specify email address to send to (like a ticketing system)?
Is it possible to specify an email address (a non-admin-specific email) to send to for apps that need a user manually deprovisioned from them? Right now, it sends an email to (presumably) all admins, but we'd really like these to go into a ticketing system. Is this possible?
Unfortunately we do not currently support changing the e-mail address to a custom address specifically for manual deprovisioning, however in the past we were able to offer a workaround. That is to say some of our customers create an admin account to only keep track of the manual deprovisioning reporting.
