We are a union shop at a lot of locations. A good bulk of our users do not have an email account or a company provded phone. Are there any other methods for self-service reset beside those two like security questions.
We cant use email or sms due to legal corporate policy with union employees.
Currently the SMS and Emal are the only factors for the Password Reset functions. However internally there are multiple requests for the specific question here. I believe in the future we will have Okta Verify as a Password Reset factor and there could be others added as well.
