Mobile phone number changed-can't receive Okta verification texts.

I just had my cell number changed. Now I can't receive texts for TFA. How do I fix this?

Hello Matthew,

The best way to have this issue fixed, would be to contact your Okta administrator in order to reset the MFA on your account. This way at your next sign on you will be able to re-enroll your phone number and then get access to Okta.
