Can Okta Bypass the 365 "Pick an Account" Page?

When we log into 365 with or without Okta, the 365 login page that first appears asks the user to pick an account.  Only then does Okta recognize the login screen and pass credentials and log the user in.

Is there a way to bypass that first screen so the user gets logged into the 365 service directly?

Hi Martin,

The best method for bypassing the screen requiring your end users to select an account for login, is to use SP-initiated login. To simulate an IdP-initiated flow with SP-initiated login, you can create a bookmark app (http://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/Simulating-an-IDP-initiated-Flow-with-the-Bookmark-App.html) using the App Embed Link, located on the General tab of your O365 application.

If you have any questions, or run into any issues, I would suggest submitting a ticket to Okta support. We are available to assist 24/7/365.
