Does Salesforce1 mobile application redirect users to Okta if SSO/SAML is enforced between the two systems, with Okta being the IdP?

And if so, does it open a new browser, or do you need Okta Verify for this to work correctly?

Hi Brian,

Salesforce1 mobile does redirect users to Okta if you have an active SAML integration with Salesforce. The exact behavior is for the app to prompt a user for the custom SFDC domain, after which it will take them to the Okta login page for your org.

It does not open a new browser, it uses the Salesforce1 app's integrated browser, so you would not need Okta Mobile or Okta Verify to be installed on the device (unless, of course, if MFA is enabled on your Okta org).
