Why will a custom claim not show in response?

I'm building an OIDC app and I've added a custom claim to my auth server.  The claim is marked to be included in any scope.  I've tried both ID and Access tokens, both set to Always include.  Value type = Expression (Just trying to get a String to work for now).

When I use Postman and list all the Claims, I see my custom claim.  However, when I run it on my JS app and view the response in the console, my custom claim is not there.  Any ideas?

Happy Friday, I'm happy to help with this. I've reached out to our Developer Support Engineers and they've asked that you create a Okta case for this for them to troubleshoot. They'll additionally want to know:

1) Claim under consideration from authorizations server
2) Your access policies
3) API Call
4) How is that API call made from JavaScript.

Please create a case and send it our way for us to assist!
