Forgot password email not getting to certain email providers

Hi, we have used Okta for SSO between our servers and are using the Okta widget to allow users to login, create accounts, etc. For some reason, the forgot password emails are not getting to some email server types. We have tested with Yahoo, which works, and with Gmail, which used to and now suddenly does not. Any reason why that might happen?

Hi,

I have the same problem. I used to receive email alert when the user click on the Forgot Password. And suddently now it was not working. I have tested with my yahoo email as the Primary or the Secondary email, it works. But the original email does not work with either setting as Primary or Secondary email.

We have set the Primary email to be our Helpdesk email account for all the users as our Helpdesk will assist the user to reset the password due to internal security. We have about 5000 users. Is there a limit to the no. of primary email of the same?
