Windows 10 Office 365 SharePoint stuck in "Signing in"
We are in the process of testing upgrading our Windows 10 computers from 1511 to 1703. The desktops are members of our local AD using Okta for SSO to our Office 365 tenant. After the upgrade to 1703 when you try and open a document in SharePoint it ask you to login to Office 365 so you can write the document back into SharePoint. When you type your email address in the login box and hit "next" it gets stuck at "Signing in..." and you cannot edit the Office document. We are having this issue with our Windows 10 systems that are running 1511. Thanks.
This behavior sounds like it would be best troubleshot from a support ticket and screen share to fully grasp the issue. If you're already logged into Okta and Office 365, I'm curious why you're being prompted to login again.
Did Okta support answer this question? I found this article: https://support.okta.com/help/Documentation/Knowledge_Article/Troubleshooting_Known_Issues/Cannot-sign-into-an-Office-2016-application-on-Windows-10 which says to make sure your IWA server is using HTTPS. Ours isn't, but it doesn't seem like everyone has this issue, only certain people, and only with Sharepoint.
