oauth2 Authorization server operations error on oktapreview server

I am trying to explore oAuth2 capabilities of Okta. I explored a little bit and was able to find some postman queires (from https://developer.okta.com/docs/api/resources/oauth2.html) to try our. But unfortunately i did not get expected output.
I am getting " You do not have permission to access the feature you are requesting" for all Authorization Server Operations.
Can someone please help me out with this and provide guidence on how to set up oAuth2.

Thank you,

Hi @Kranthi, there's a good chance you simply need the Early Access Feature Flag enabled for your Okta tenant. Can you create a support ticket and request that this Feature Flag is enabled?

Thankyou Nate, I requested the feature and got it enabled.

Hi Nate, Thank you for asking if i need anything else. I do. I am trying to setup oAuth2 on OKTA so that i can use it with Alexa. So, first i am trying to do the configuration part on OKTA. I created the client (Application) with required information. Then i tried to get the Autherization server end point for this client. I used "Get oAuth2 Metadata" requset from oAuth2 Postman script and i got the authorization_endpoint. When i tried to use the authorization end point i am getting an error. It is saying "invalid client id". I created the client as per some documentation and i am able to list it using Client API's in post man script. Can you please help me understand what is it that i am missing?

Sure thing Kranthi, let me tap into the mind of our Dev Support team to see if they have feed back. Have you already submitted a Dev Support case for this question that we can track as well?

Hi Kranthi,

Just checking in again-have you been able to create an internal Support Case? It's not necessary but we'd love to track and log this case with you.

Also, our Dev Support team would like to schedule a call with you to review this. Before that, though, they're asking if you could provide:

The API call being sent out from Alexa to Okta? As well as the configuration files (that is using Okta endpoints)?

Hi Nate,

I am working with one of your success managers. He arranged a call with the techinal expertise and i am working with them. Things are going on well. Alexa is using oAuth2 authentication. So, i created an App in OKTA that gave me the endpoints that Alexa needs. I am using authorize end point and token endpoint along with client id and secrets. This all that Alexa needs. Once authenticated, i am using other Okta API calls that are needed for my Skill.

Kranthi-that's great, I'm glad to hear it. I'll let you continue your work via that channel and if at any time you need anything else, just let me know and I can also puruse our Dev Support channel here.
