I am not certain why, but when I entered the multiple 6-digit codes provided through Okta Verify on my phone yesterday I kept receiving a "Code Not Valid" error. I called the IT group of the company I work with and their suggestion was to delete the APP on the phone and reinstall it. I believe that was a mistake since after I did that nothing works. I am asked for a "Secret Key"... but do not get a new "Secret Key" to sync the phone, nor do I get a "Push" when I hit that key.
What do you do in that situation? Can I get a new Secret Key? I work remotely and now cannot access e-mails or calendars, so this really impacts my work.
