Manually creating tasks

Is it possible to manually create tasks for users in Okta?

Context: We assign SWA applications to users via groups, and different people need to create the accounts behind those apps.

Thanks for posting your inquiry via Okta Community Portal.

If I find your inquiry correctly --you can leverage these two feature in Okta: (1) Access Request Workflow feature or (2) App Admin Role. 

(1) The Access Request Workflow feature is a complete, multi-step approval workflow through which end users can request access to apps. Admins can designate approvers to grant users access for self-service applications. This is an Early Access feature. To enable it, you may need to contact Okta Support.
