Cisco Anyconnect not displaying options for MFA

We have set up a RADIUS application to access VPN and enabled MFA.
Users who are attempting to log on using Cisco Anyconnect on a MAC are prompted for an additional factor but the options do not display. When SMS is the only enrolled factor, users are receiving text messages without entering a selectioni. When enrolled in more than one extra factor, users can blindly enter 1, 2 or another number (depending on how many factors they have) and receive a push message or a text message or enter the code from the Okta Verify app but they cannot see what option they are selecting when they enter the option number.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution for it? It seems to be only affecting our Mac users. We have had no issues for Windows 7 or 10.

Hi Bethany,

I found related cases to yours and the problem seemed to be with the outdated version of Cisco Anyconnect. Can you try to upgrade to 4.3( As this is the one mentioned to solve the issue in other cases) and see if that solves it? Also, if you need further assistance regarding this please open a support ticket as it would require some extra information and troubleshooting.
